Our Approach
The key to our award winning olive oil lies in two aspects of our harvesting process. First, cold pressing the olives locks in their natural and full-bodied taste. Most processing companies use advanced filtration systems which dilute the natural taste of the olive oil, our approach is clearly different. Subsequently, our olive oil has the versatility to be used in cooking while maintaining the flavorful taste that makes it a memorable choice while dipping in bread.
The second key aspect of our harvesting process is our secret blend of olives. We use a variety of trees to capture the unique taste that has become synonymous with the Little Bear Creek Ranch name. Every olive is important, so we hand select them from a relatively small amount of trees.
